That beautiful website I designed for you won’t do you a whole lot of good if people can’t find it. Search Engine Optimization is the process in which I use an array of techniques to improve your rankings in search engines.

In 2008 I took a certification course offered by the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization. I’m now an SEMPO certified advanced SEO.

SEO consists of two facets: on-site and off-site optimization. On-site SEO takes advantage of the many ways one can improve the content in the pages of a site, the architecture of the pages, and various behind-the-scenes methods. Off-site search engine optimization refers to ways you can help increase the visibility of search results independent from even touching the code of the website. Examples of this are building links back to your content, creating marketing campaigns to increase traffic and consequently build more links back, and establishing relationships with other industry sites.

I’m an avid user and supporter of the open source platform, WordPress. By taking advantage of this incredibly flexible Content Management System, Develop Daly WordPress clients have total control over the content of their websites without having to learn a thing about HTML or web design.
