Adobe Experience Cloud consulting
I led GM Financial’s move to AEM as a Cloud Service and its first Real-Time Customer Data Platform from the client side. I know where these programs stall: vendor handoffs, data plumbing, and the team that has to run the platform after launch.
- uptime SLA on AEM as a Cloud Service
- 100%uptime SLA on AEM as a Cloud Service
- global, multilingual sites on one platform
- 20+global, multilingual sites on one platform
- annual pageviews served
- 100M+annual pageviews served
- unified customer profiles in Real-Time CDP
- 10M+unified customer profiles in Real-Time CDP
When this is a fit
You're still on self-hosted or Managed Services AEM
Adobe's roadmap is built around AEM as a Cloud Service. Moving means code changes, new deployment pipelines, and a different operating model, not just a hosting switch.
You bought a CDP but it isn't being used
Profiles aren’t unified, segments live with one team, and getting audiences into channels is still manual.
You're moving from Adobe Campaign to Journey Optimizer
Journey Optimizer depends on clean, real-time profile data. Getting the order of work right matters more than the journeys themselves.
Your implementation partner needs a client-side lead
Someone who can hold the integrator accountable, make architecture calls, and translate between marketing and IT.
What I do
AEM as a Cloud Service migration
Readiness assessment, code and content migration planning, Cloud Manager CI/CD, Dispatcher and CDN configuration, and cutover.
Real-Time CDP implementation
Data architecture, identity and profile design, source integrations, and audience activation to channels like Journey Optimizer, Meta, and Salesforce.
Campaign to Journey Optimizer migration
Sequencing, data dependencies, and journey rebuilds so marketing keeps sending during the transition.
Program leadership
Vendor selection and oversight, hiring, governance, and the operating model after launch.
Platform health checks
An independent review of your Adobe stack: what’s working, what’s costing you, and what to fix first.

Why migrate to AEM as a Cloud Service?
Adobe updates AEM as a Cloud Service continuously, so you stop paying for large version upgrades, and scaling and most infrastructure work move to Adobe. The tradeoff is a stricter deployment model: code goes through Cloud Manager pipelines, and some older customizations have to be rewritten.
How long does an AEM migration take?
It depends on how many sites, how much custom code, and how much content you have. An assessment of your codebase and content is the only honest way to size it, and that is where I start.
Do you work alongside Adobe or an implementation partner?
Yes. At GM Financial I guided vendor implementation from the client side. I can lead the program, fill a gap on your team, or give you a second opinion on a partner’s plan.
Which Adobe products do you work with?
Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Real-Time CDP on Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
